Sesame cookies

   
 
  • 300 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM BUTTER, soft
  • 2 EGGS
  • 75 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1/4 TSP CINNAMON POWDER
  • 2 TBSP MILK
  • 1 TBSP VANILLA SUGAR
  • 1/2 CUP SESAME SEED
   

Mix the flour, the butter, the eggs, milk, vanilla sugar, the sugar and the cinnamon and knead well. Refrigerate the dough for an hour and shape it into log thin rolls; roll these through sesame and shape them into 8's (see picture). Bake the cookies 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
