Beat all the ingredients
together. Make little heaps with a spoon on a baking try, allow sufficient
distance. Bake 10 minutes at 180 degrees
Celsius.

Melt the chocolate with the butter, stir in sugar
and ground almonds and allow the mixture to cool down a little. In the
meantime, whisk the egg whites for 5 minutes and separately, the egg
yolks until they are white. Add first the egg yolks to the chocolate
mixture and then the egg whites. Bake 45 minutes in the oven at 150
degrees Celsius.
