Drop butter cookies Pear chocolate pudding
  • 100 GRAM FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM BUTTER, soft
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 TSP VANILLA SUGAR
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 75 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1 TBSP LEMON RIND, grated
  • 3 PEARS, cleaned and sliced
  • 130 GRAM BROWN SUGAR
  • 90 GRAM BUTTER
  • 100 GRAM FLOUR
  • 1 TBSP CACAO
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1 EGG
  • 1/4 CUP MILK

Mix the butter and the sugar until light. Stir in the other ingredients. Drop the cookies with a spoon on an buttered oven tray. Bake 7 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Put the pears on the bottom of an oven dish and put 30 gram butter in pieces on top and sprinkle 30 gram sugar over it. Make a batter of the remaining ingredients and pour over the pears. Bake 45 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
