- 500 GRAM FLOUR
- 2 TEASPOONS YEAST
- 2 TEASPOONS SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS SALT
- 3 DECILITER MILK
- 50 GRAM COCONUT, chopped
- 50 GRAM DRIED MANGO, cut
- 50 GRAM RAISINS, soaked
- 50 GRAM ALMONDS, peeled and chopped

- 250 GRAM WHOLE MEAL FLOUR
- 2 TSP BAKING SODA
- 3 GREEN ONIONS, chopped
- 4 POTATOES, grated
- 1 DECILITER YOGURT
- 1 EGG
- 1 TBSP THYME
- 1 TBS OREGANO
- 50 GRAM CHEESE, grated

Mix flour, yeast, sugar,
salt and milk and knead firmly for 10 minutes. Now knead in all the
other ingredients. Form a bread according to your imagination or put
the dough in a bread tin. Leave it in a warm humid place to rise for
two hours. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees during 40 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients
except the cheese and add enough water to make it a supple dough. Knead
a few minutes. Form a round bread and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 170 degrees and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese;
bake 20 minutes more.
