Mix flour, yeast, sugar, 2 kinds of salt, grated cheese and 3 dl water and knead firmly for 10 minutes. Cut the dough in 4 equal pieces. Roll the pieces out rectangular and roll them up, than flatten the rolls with your hand. Sprinkle with water, put the slices of cheese on top. Leave them to rise in a warm humid place for one and a half our. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. |
