Spinach and eggs

   
 
  • 750 GRAM SPINACH
  • 1 ONION, chopped
  • 4 EGGS
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER
  • 100 GRAM FETA, crumbled
   

Stir fry the spinach in the butter until it has wilted. Chop it and mix it with the feta and pepper and salt to taste. put it back into the pan and reheat it. Make four holes and break one egg in each hole. Reheat slowly until the eggs are done.
