- 300 GRAM COUSCOUS
- 1 CAN TOMATOES
- 1 SWEET PEPPER, cut ins trips
- 1 CHILI PEPPER, chopped
- 4 EGGS
- 1 ONION, sliced

- 400 GRAM FLOUR
- 1 TSP YEAST
- 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 1 TSP SALT
- 4 TBSP ORANGE MARMALADE
- 1 BOLL MOZZARELLA, sliced
- 100 GRAM OLIVES, halved

Stir fry the onion, pepper and sweet pepper for five
minutes. Chop the canned tomatoes and add them together with the juice.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Break the eggs carefully
in the sauce and simmer for 5 more minutes. In the meantime, bring two
cups water to the boil. Add the couscous, close the lid and wait 5 minutes.
Distribute the couscous over 4 plates and add the sauce and the eggs.

Mix the flour with
the yeast, salt and 1 cup of water and knead for 10 minutes. Allow the
dough to rise for one hour. Divide it into two pieces and roll these
out two pizza circles. Brush the pizzas with olive oil. Distribute first
the the marmalade over the pizza, followed by the olives, the feta and
the parsley. Bake the pizza 12 minutes at 230 degrees
Celsius in the oven.
