Mix flour, yeast, olive oil and salt and add 1 cup of water and knead well. Allow the dough to rise for one hour. Shape the dough into two round flat breads. Distribute half of the grapes and half of the fennel seeds over the first dough circle, put the second one on top, finish off with the remaining grapes and fennel seeds. Allow the bread to rise one more hour and bake it 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. |
