Caraway seed and cheese bread

  • 200 GRAM WHITE FLOUR
  • 200 GRAM SPELT FLOUR
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1 TSP YEAST
  • 1 TBSP CARAWAY SEEDS
  • 1 CUP YOGURT
  • 75 GRAM GRATED CHEESE
  • 2 EGGS
  • 50 GRAM SOFT BUTTER
 
  • 500 GRAM FLOUR
  • 2 TEASPOONS SALT
  • 10 GRAM YEAST
  • 8 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 500 GRAM BLUE GRAPES
  • 2 TBSP FENNEL SEEDS

Mix all ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. Allow the dough to rise one hour and put it into a greased bread pan. Let the bread rise another hour and bake it 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix flour, yeast, olive oil and salt and add 1 cup of water and knead well. Allow the dough to rise for one hour. Shape the dough into two round flat breads. Distribute half of the grapes and half of the fennel seeds over the first dough circle, put the second one on top, finish off with the remaining grapes and fennel seeds. Allow the bread to rise one more hour and bake it 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
