Cherry pancake

 

Bird's nest pudding

  • 100 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 1/2 CUP MILK
  • 8 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  • 200 GRAM CHERRIES, pitted
  • 4 TBSP CHERRY liqueur
 
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 125 GRAM FLOUR
  • 3 EGGS
  • 4 APPLES, peeled and cored
  • 1/2 TSP NUTMEG
  • 100 GRAM BROWN SUGAR

Mix the flour with the buckwheat flour, the milk and the eggs and bake four pancakes from this batter. Heat the cherries quickly in the frying pan and distribute them over the pancakes. Sprinkle the sugar on top. Put the liqueur in a large soup spoon and heat it a little; light it with a match. Pour the burning liqueur over the pancakes.

Stuff the apples with the brown sugar and put them in an oven dish. Beat the milk, eggs, nutmeg and flour together and pour this over the apples. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for half an hour.
