Pastillas de leche

Olive al forno (baked black olives)
  • 300 GRAM SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
  • 300 GRAM MILK POWDER
  • 2 TBSP CACAO POWDER
  • 50 GRAM ICING SUGAR
 
  • 150 GRAM BLACK OLIVES
  • 6 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 6 TBSP WHITE WINE
  • 1 TSP OREGANO
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC, mashed

Stir the condensed milk and the cacao together, add the milk powder and knead all well with your hands. Form small balls and roll them through icing sugar.

Put the olives in an oven tin. Mix the wine, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano together and pour this over the olives. Bake them in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius until all liquid has evaporated. Stir every fifteen minutes.
