Oatmeal chocolate cookies

Double chocolate cookies

- 100 GRAM ICING SUGAR
- 100 GRAM BUTTER, soft
- 160 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
- 50 GRAM OATS
- 100 GRAM CHOCOLATE

- 100 GRAM CHOCOLATE, chopped
- 150 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
- 3 EGGS
- 100 GRAM BUTTER
- 4 TBSP CACAO
- 100 GRAM SUGAR

Beat the butter and
the sugar with an electric mixer for 4 minutes. Add the flour and the
oats and knead this to a dough. Put the dough in the fridge for half
an hour, roll it out and form cookies. Bake the cookies 20 minutes at
160 degrees Celsius. Allow them
to cool down completely; melt the chocolate in the microwave and decorate
the cookies according to your fantasy.

Melt the butter with
half of the chocolate. Stir in the other ingredients except the remaining
chocolate and beat for 5 minutes; finally stir in the rest of the chocolate.
Make cookies the size of a heaped teaspoon on a greased baking tin.
Bake the cookies about twelve minutes at 170 degrees
Celsius.
