Ginger drop cookies Ginger chocolate cookies
  • 100 GRAM BUTTER, soft
  • 100 GRAM BROWN SUGAR
  • 125 GRAM FLOUR
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1 EGGS50 GRAM GINGER JAM
  • 50 GRAM CHOCOLATE, chopped
  • 2 TBSP GINGER JAM
  • 2 TBSP CACAO
  • 125 GRAM FLOUR
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 50 GRAM BROWN SUGAR
  • 50 GRAM BUTTER, cold in cubes

Mix all ingredients except the ginger and beat for three minutes. Stir in the ginger. Drop the batter on a greased oven tray with a teaspoon, well separated. Bake 10 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.

Mix all ingredients except the chocolate and knead well. Knead in the chocolate. Make 20 little balls, put them well apart on an oven tray and bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
