Mix all
ingredients except the ginger and beat for three minutes. Stir in the
ginger. Drop the batter on a greased oven tray with a teaspoon,
well separated. Bake 10 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.

20 little balls, put them well apart on an oven tray and bake 15 minutes at
180 degrees Celsius.
